Course Outline

Do you have an ancestor who must have swum to Australia, because there is no record of their arrival?  

• This is a hands-on workshop to explore shipping records and passenger lists.  

• You will use available evidence to estimate when your ancestor arrived, then look up the relevant records.  

• We'll also explore what additional information is contained in passenger and shipping records.
